The Fleet Care Home provides compassionate palliative care for residents approaching the end of life, while offering understanding and support to their families during this difficult time. As part of our all-inclusive care, residents receive personal care, accommodation, personal laundry, all meals, snacks and refreshments, with hairdressing and Wi-Fi access also included. Where appropriate, residents can take part in our varied programme of in-home activities, while our care professionals remain focused on providing attentive, personalised support throughout their stay at our care home in Dartmouth.
