Let me introduce you to The Fleet Care Home, we’re located in the picturesque town of Dartmouth, providing exceptional levels of care and support for up to 79 residents. Our senior care home in Devon has been established on the belief that all residents deserve to live a full and meaningful life; our compassionate team takes pride in providing a caring and supportive environment to achieve exactly that. At The Fleet, we provide a continuum of care, looking after all health needs including complex nursing needs.

I acknowledge the challenges that can come with selecting the right care home or nursing home and the stress it can often incur. It’s important to our care home team that residents enjoy complete care that combines an enriching and nurturing environment with the opportunity to establish new friendships and an abundance of special memories to treasure. As well as having a dedicated Activities and Events Coordinator, who plans a variety of interesting things to do each week, our in-house Chef cooks delicious meals, which cater to all dietary requirements, combining new cuisines and good old family favourites. It’s important to us that The Fleet Care Home in Devon feels like home right from the beginning.
