At The Fleet, we provide a continuum of care, looking after all health needs including complex nursing needs.

It’s important to our care home team that residents enjoy complete care that combines an enriching and nurturing environment with the opportunity to establish new friendships and an abundance of special memories to treasure. As well as having a dedicated Activities and Events Coordinator, who plans a variety of interesting things to do each week, our in-house Chef cooks delicious meals, which cater to all dietary requirements, combining new cuisines and good old family favourites. It’s important to us that The Fleet Care Home feels like home right from the beginning.
